It’s all systems go at Jumeirah Golf Estates, with a new clubhouse open for business, and the announcement of a new development to enhance the existing offering.
At the end of 2014, royalty and icons from the world of sport lent their star power to the opening of the clubhouse, a jewel in the Dubai development that has become a success story amongst regional real estate projects. HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Henrik Stenson and Rory McIlroy were among the guests who inaugurated the new opening. That announcement came ahead of the prestigious DP World Tour Championship, a world-class sporting and social event and the final tournament of the European Tour’s Race to Dubai. The championship took place over four days on the 72-par Earth course amongst Jumeirah Golf Estates’ growing residential community. And now, a new development is to be added, bringing to 15 the number of communities at the prestigious residential golf and leisure community that has hosted the DP Word Tour Championship for the sixth year running.
“Following the opening of our new Clubhouse earlier this year, our proposition has been enhanced considerably and investors and end users are taking notice,” says Yousuf Kazim, General Manager of Jumeirah Golf Estates. “We seek to build on this momentum with the addition of a fifteenth community. The introduction of a range of apartments and townhouses, all consistent with Jumeirah Golf Estates’ hallmark of quality and attention to detail, will provide enhanced choice for investors and end-users alike. We anticipate increased demand for our growing property portfolio especially our recently launched Redwood Park and Redwood Avenue developments.”
Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai is part of European Tour Properties – a network of world class golf venues which all have a close association with the European Tour, one of the game’s foremost organisations.
“The facilities are on par with the world’s best, making the community a top choice for golfers, residents and visitors from around the world,” adds Henrik Stenson, the development’s brand ambassador.
