The International Property Show 2015 looks set to be the biggest edition of the show to date.
One of the region’s leading property shows has confirmed its dates for later this year. The International Property Show 2015 will take place at the Dubai International and Exhibition Centre between March 30 and April 1 and will be the biggest edition of the show to date. For the first time, direct selling of properties will be part of the line-up, allowing visitors to compare prices of residential, commercial and mixed-use units and take a decision on the exhibition floor itself. IPS is expected to attract 300 exhibitors from 120 countries, bringing together agents, operators in hospitality, civil engineers, architects and interior designers under one roof. It is also held in at the crucial time – end of the first quarter – coinciding with the announcement of several new projects on local, regional and international levels.
Meanwhile, in a bid to attract investors to the region, the Dubai Property Show takes place in London’s Olympia this February, from 27 until March 1.
